Splendid large porcelain plate with a white background and decorations in black and pure gold. This work belongs to the Passeggiata archeologica (Archaeological walk) series, created by Richard Ginori in the Doccia factory in Florence, conceived and designed by Gio Ponti in the 1930s. Gio Ponti revisits the era of the 18th century Grand Tours imagining a path among the archaeological excavations. This is an authentic re-edition proposed by the manufactory itself in the 1960s. It is in perfect conditions.
