Porcelain set Trionfo italiano - Gio Ponti for Richard Ginori - 1960s

'Trionfo italiano' set Gio Ponti - Richard Ginori - Firenze 1960s
Complete set consisting of coffee pot, sugar bowl, six coffee cups with respective saucers and milk jug in very fine white porcelain made by the Richard Ginori manufactory in Doccia, Florence. The series is entitled Trionfo italiano (Italian triumph) and is a re-edition authorized in 1963 by the architect Giovanni Ponti (Gio Ponti) himself. Richard Ginori maintained the reproduction until around 1970, still referring to the original production of the 1920s, but also making some changes in both color and graphic image. This series was presented with small pure gold designs (hand, star, compass, etc...) on the white porcelain base. Refined designs and impeccable execution typical of the products wanted by Gio Ponti.
