What the client sees on passioneantiqua.com is merely a catalogue, and viewing our items does not imply a legally binding offer. In order to provide our customers with the best experience of purchase, we offer many different ways to complete it, among which the client can chose by clicking on MAKE YOUR OFFER, which enables him/her to:

a) make an offer for the object at issue by filling in the form. After receiving the offer, the team of Passione Antiqua will contact the client without commitment, to discuss about the offer. If the parties come to an agreement, the client will use the selected payment method and receive the good as agreed with Passione Antiqua.

b) book an object by filling in the form that will appear by clicking on MAKE YOUR OFFER. The client will be then asked to confirm the intention to purchase the item. S/he will receive an order confirmation via email, and will be asked to enter the necessary data in order to proceed with the purchase (how to receive the goods, etc..). After receiving all the details and the payment confirmation, Passione Antiqua will start the delivery process as agreed with the client.

To ensure the best purchase experience, the customer buying through the MAKE YOUR OFFER form can chose to collect the goods directly in our store in Abano Terme. In this case, the costumer will be our guest at one of the local hotel facilities for two days*; s/he will only be asked to deposit in advance the amount of 10% of the value of the object at issue. The client is not bound to buy the object previously booked, s/he will have the chance to replace it with any other piece of our collection, even with an item of lower value.

 

*the offer includes a full board stay for two people; the details are to be arranged with the client on the basis of the availability of the hotel facilities – high season, Christmas and Easter periods are excluded.
