White porcelain plate created and made in the 1970s by Piero Fornasetti, one of the most creative and original talents of the 20th century. This is a numbered piece (n. 5) from the Specialità sarde series (Sardinian specialties). On a white background with a gold edge, above the depiction of the Church of S. Antioco di Bisarcio, there is the complete recipe for clam soup, one of the most renowned Sardinian dishes, written in elegant black cursive.
