This is a numbered piece (n. 5) from the Specialità sarde series (Sardinian specialties). On a white background with a gold edge, above the depiction of the Church of S. Antioco di Bisarcio, there is the complete recipe for clam soup, one of the most renowned Sardinian dishes, written in elegant black cursive.
