'Battuti' vase C. Scarpa - Venini - Murano 1940s
Beautiful Murano glass vase made by Venini based on a design by Carlo Scarpa. It belongs to the Battuti series, in fact the entire surface of the glass is characterized by dense and deep horizontal grindings (beatings). The splendid transparent red color gives great liveliness to this extraordinary piece. At the base there is the acid signature 'Venini Murano Italia'.
