Original pair of salt and pepper shakers crafted in silver in 19th‑century Russia. Several hallmarks are present, including the silver standard mark ‘84 zolotniki’, corresponding to 875/1000 silver fineness, as well as the maker’s marks of the silversmith responsible for their creation. Resting on a triangular base are fully sculpted figures supporting the bowls intended for the spices. Delightful collector’s items, preserved in good condition
