Beautiful oval-shaped soup tureen with lid made of stearling silver by the Fratelli Cacchione Argentieri company of Milan. The rounded body has a ribbed surface, rests on four feet and has two sturdy lateral handles. The lid has a particular handle in the shape of a boar's head resting on oak leaves and acorns, an element that suggests its use also as a bowl for boar meat. It bears the hallmarks F.C. - 39MI - Stearling -, and the rampant lion.
