'A fasce' bottle F. Bianconi - Venini - Murano 1950s
Murano glass bottle with a long neck and an ovoid stopper. It was decorated with a large horizontal blue band, based on the design by Fulvio Bianconi , who designed for Venini the entire A fasce orizzontali (horizontal bands) series. This successful series was also exposed at the XXV Biennale of Venice in 1950, where it was highly appreciated thanks to the particular chromatic games. It bears the signature "Venini Murano Italia" engraved with acid.
