Oil on panel signed Federico Morello on the bottom right, a painter from Palermo (Sicily, Italy) famous for his seascapes, who died in Milan in 1938. The work presents a scene with a mountain hut, probably inspired by one of his trips to northern Italy. In the composition, the colors and the fast brushstroke seem to echo the poetics of the Ciardi family. The painting measures without frame 47 x 57 cm.
