Extraordinary spool-shaped brooch made of 18-karat yellow gold on the back, while the front is in platinum embellished with old-cut diamonds arranged in scalar order with the three central ones estimated at 0.30 carats each. The fine openwork is illuminated by small diamonds also set on the edge. Very elegant and refined jewel, perfectly preserved.
