Fifties cufflinks 18k white gold - Diamonds - Italy
Cufflinks in 18-karat white gold with vertical back bar shaped as an elongated rhombus. The articulated front element is composed of a circle with a smooth edge and an opaque surface, with a bezel where a huit huit-cut natural diamond is inserted in the center. To join the two ends there is a double rigid rod.
