Extraordinary pendant - brooch made of 18-karats white gold with a gorgeous Italian shell cameo depicting a half-bust lady with long curls, and a tiara and some flowers in her hair. On the frame, some brilliant-cut diamonds are set à jour, whereas on the bottom part of the jewellery hangs a daisy element with more diamonds. Very refined hand-made jewellery, still in perfect conditions.
