Extraordinary cross-shaped pendant of considerable size, made in the mid-19th century. As was the custom at that time, underneath it is in gold and in silver in the upper part, embellished with a considerable quantity of natural old-cut diamonds, with the central one estimated at about 0.75 carats. The cross is accompanied by a red gold chain, of later production. Very important jewel, of great refinement, in excellent conditions.
