Extraordinary spool brooch in 18-karat yellow and white gold with old-cut degradé diamonds alternating with small rows of carré-cut sapphires. The central gem is about 1.30 carats, while the others are about 3.20 carats in total. This brooch, like many jewels of the early 1930s, has a geometric design, illuminated by diamonds and enhanced by sapphire inserts that create a beautiful chromatic contrast. Extremely refined jewel, in perfect conditions.
