Refined egg-shaped vase in black and aventurine glass, with a large and flat circular base. On the sides of the small mouth there are two small handles in black glass paste. The aventurine glass is obtained by adding raw materials after the melting, so that the brass clots in small shining lumps. This vase was made by the glassworks Barovier & Toso which was specialized in the use of this complex technique. The signature is still visible on the bottom of the base.
