Beautiful cylindrical vase with small flared mouth, made of thin vertical poles of zanfirico lattimo glass alternating with black glass ones. It was produced in the 1950s by the historic glassworks A.VE.M. designed by Dino Martens, a master with great sensitivity for glass, who was able to understand its characteristics, creating objects of various stylistic declinations. In particular, this vase well represents the period during which this artist was experimenting with regular, geometric and elegant lines, and innovative chromatic contrasts.
