Vetreria Gino Cenedese

In 1946, together with Angelo Tosi, Pietro Scaramel, Gino Forte and Gino Cenedese (1907-1973) founded this new glass company. The years after Alfredo Barbini joined the team as designer and master glass blower. The ‘50s were characterized by the collaboration of several artists such as Ricardo Licata, Fulvio Bianconi, and Napoleone Martinuzzi. In 1958 Antonio Da Ros joined too, and the year later became the artistic director, and from now onwards the production was mainly done using the sommerso technique. Amelio, son of Gino Cenedese, after his father death, took control of the company’s management.
