Delightful oil painting on canvas representing a group of altar boys walking in the rain with black umbrellas open for shelter. One of the boys boy slips on the wet and is represented in a funny position while falling. The background created with quick green brushstrokes that fade to violet is beautiful, and the dress of the young altar servers has very material touches of colour. At the bottom left is the signature 'Walter Piazzi'. The work has an important frame that predates the painting itself. The canvas alone measures 70.00 x 100.00 cm.

Ho fatto pulire e controllare i miei gioielli, quando li ho rivisti ho fatto un salto indietro nel tempo di molti anni, oggi rivedo finalmente questi monili di nuovo brillanti e luminosi come quando mia madre li acquistò da giovane per indossarli e viverli in ogni buona occasione.
