Refined basket in white ceramic with handmade floral decorations in green, pink and yellow. This piece was made in Bassano, a town in Vicenza – Italy – well-known for the high-quality production of ceramic items. This producing centre was founded during the Serenissima Republic, for the need to make containers to transport wine and oil. The clay soil and the presence of a river, used as energy source and communication route, make this department well-known all around Europe.
