This vase, with a truncated cone form and an oval mouth, was made of a light blue "bullicante" glass. The "bullicante" effect is obtained by incorporating several layers of small bubbles into the glass. This kind of chessboard pattern gives great dynamism and depth to the object. The circular basis of the vase, and the peculiar handle as well, are made of crystal glass. This vase was hand made by an expert Muranese craftman on the basis of a model of the 40s of the glass factory Barovier & Toso. The object has been perfectly preserved.
